Rebekah has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry and was appointed as Head of Marketing and Sales at Health City Cayman
Islands in January 2022. Prior to joining Health City, she served as managing director for Baptist Health International Cayman Islands, where she was responsible for the initial setup, development, and management of the PET/CT Diagnostic Center. In this role, she also led business development for the Cayman Islands market and was honoured to receive the Grand Award for Business of the Year in 2018 by the Chamber of Commerce. Before this position, Rebekah was the practice manager at the Children’s Clinic, Cayman, and previously worked as an intensive care nurse.

She holds an MBA in Leadership, a BSc (Hons) in Nursing RGN, and the CIM Professional Certificate in Marketing. Rebekah is the current Chair of the Cayman Islands Cancer Society and the past President of the Cayman Islands Nurses Association. She is also a former lactation consultant and a current member of the Cayman Islands Breastfeeding Support Group.

Rebekah was the proud recipient of the Eloise Reid Award for Nursing Excellence and has served as a board member for the Health Appeals
Tribunal. She is married and blessed to be the mother of three children. When not working or spending time with her family, she enjoys running, pilates, and skiing.
