Dr. Anthony Cook received his medical degree from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario graduating with distinction as the gold medalist of his class of 1998. Through 2003 he completed urology residency at the University of Western Ontario and became a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in June 2003. He subsequently completed a paediatric urology fellowship at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Ontario, completing the fellowship in June 2005. He concurrently took up an associate staff position at The Hospital for Sick Children from 2004 to 2006.
He was subsequently recruited to the Alberta Children’s Hospital at the University of Calgary in Calgary, Alberta as the chief of paediatric urology. He continues to practice both paediatric and adult urology with sub-specialisation in reconstructive surgery. He resides in Calgary and part-time in Grand Cayman with the love of his life, Jennifer and their beautiful daughter, Olivia.
